Welcome to this new site! The fact that you browsed to this page says that you're interested in your credit union and want to learn more about it, or maybe even participate in a member community and help keep the DCU a strong organization nationally.
You'll notice that, as of this writing, this is a small website that doesn't illustrate the breadth of membership in the DCU. We hope that will change, and we're relying on you to spread the word. Help make the DCU Members' Forum valuable by sharing your ideas.
Why this site? Why now?
The DCU has a history of member involvement that relied on an online discussion forum within Digital's corporate network, called the DCU Notes File. Through the participation over time of thousands of Digital employees, feedback in the notes file helped shape the services that DCU offered, and it provided a place for both then-current and aspiring Board of Directors members to become familiar with the membership's needs and make their names known.
DCU Notes isn't available to most of our membership, if it even still exists. With no other place to meet, we've lost the ability to discuss ideas and matters of concern, and we've lost a key way for our leadership to keep in touch with members. Today it's easy to bring a community website online, and it makes sense for a membership organization to have one. So here we are.
Thank you for visiting. We look forward to hearing from you.
